Specification questions
| Parameter | Condition to confirm |
|---|---|
| Clearance envelope | Open-cover and part-removal dimensions in the proposed layout. |
| Cleanability | Accessible food-contact surfaces, seals, dead areas and drainage. |
| Changeover | Observed cleaning and reassembly time using the real product soil. |
| Wear management | Inspection criteria, replaceable items and parts identification. |
Cleaning and maintenance
Use the agreed machine instructions and plant hygiene validation. Trial observations should include access, retained residues and the condition after reassembly.
Selection boundary
A stainless-steel exterior or removable lid does not prove an effective cleaning cycle.
