Other Fruit Processing Equipment
On-site introductions to pulping, pasteurization, deaeration and CIP. Review their separate duties and the interfaces after fruit crushing.
01PROCESS INTERFACE
Fruit Pulpers and Finishers
Pulpers and finishers separate prepared fruit into pulp and seed, skin or fibre rejects; compare screen trials and product texture before selecting downstream equipment.
Selection after crushing
After crushing, choose a screen trial using the prepared mash. Record pulp recovery and reject condition separately; screen aperture alone does not define the finished texture.

Tube-in-Tube Pasteurizers
Tube-in-tube pasteurizers connect product heating, holding and cooling with a hygienic downstream route; compare particles, rheology and validation responsibilities for the intended product.
Selection after crushing
Bring the crushed or refined stream, particle limits and downstream packing route into the thermal brief. Heating, holding and cooling require product-specific validation; crushing is not a heat-treatment step.

Vacuum Deaeration Equipment
Vacuum deaerators manage gas removal and liquid discharge for compatible products; compare foam, temperature, sampling methods and the downstream treatment interface during trials.
Selection after crushing
Review entrained gas and foam in the prepared liquid before defining vacuum and discharge interfaces. Compare representative samples on an agreed basis rather than assuming that all crushed mash can be deaerated in the same way.

CIP Cleaning Systems
CIP systems circulate defined cleaning media through selected closed circuits; compare supply-return interfaces, monitoring and verification while assessing open equipment cleaning separately.
Selection after crushing
Define which crusher and downstream surfaces can be cleaned in a closed circuit and which require opening. Confirm cleaning supply, return, drainage and verification responsibilities before selecting the cleaning arrangement.
