How to Request a Fruit Crusher Quotation
Get a more useful crusher quotation with fruit condition, required feed rate, downstream use, electrical supply and installation details.
Start with three facts
Describe the fruit and its preparation, the required prepared-feed rate, and what receives the mash. Include hard-stone condition and the largest prepared piece. Unknown details can be left open for review rather than replaced with guesses.
Separate requirements from observations
A target production rate is different from an observed sample rate. If you have trial data, include input mass, duration, pauses, working parts and settings. Explain how the output was assessed at the press or pulper.
Define the supply boundary
Specify complete-machine or component scope and any preferred PS catalogue reference. Agree drawings, exact model, electrical service, outlet interfaces, cleaning access and replacement parts in the final offer. The website photographs show the equipment family, not proof of an exact model or delivery.
