Fruit Crusher Motor & Electrical Supply Checklist
Review PS crusher motor ratings, site voltage, frequency, phase, protection and operating controls before confirming an installation.
Read the motor rating correctly
The published PS series spans 2.2 to 22 kW motor ratings. These are component ratings; they do not establish throughput on a particular fruit. A representative operating test is needed to confirm rate and output condition.
Describe the supply
Provide available voltage, frequency, phase and site connection scope. Request the offered motor and control information, including starting conditions, operating duty and protection, for the exact machine.
Coordinate stopping
Define normal and emergency stop boundaries, guard interfaces, feed control and receiver-full response. Review the actual installation instructions and conformity evidence; a purchasing checklist is not an operating or electrical design.
