Sorted and washed fruit, prepared to the agreed maximum piece size and inclusion policy.A defined feed stream entering the crushing chamber.Upstream conveyor height, hopper geometry, access protection and stop signals.

Specification questions

ParameterCondition to confirm
Feed envelopeMaximum dimensions, fruit shape, firmness and temperature; do not substitute an average size.
Feed rateRequired continuous and peak mass flow on a stated fruit condition.
InclusionsStone, stem and foreign-material policy, including the upstream rejection method.
MeteringHopper buffer and control response when the chamber or downstream stage stops.

Cleaning and maintenance

Review bridge points, corners, drains and access to the underside of the inlet. Confirm inspection without unsafe reach into moving parts.

Selection boundary

The inlet opening is not by itself a permitted feed-size specification. Large or hard inclusions require machine-specific review.
