Equipment views
The whole-machine view shows the hopper, closed housing, drive and frame. The open-machine view shows the accessible working assembly and lower perforated section. They present the equipment family; the exact construction of an offered PS model is confirmed by its drawing and machine photographs.
From fruit to mash
Prepared fruit passes through the crusher before transfer to a press or pulper. This flow drawing shows process order, while the photographs show actual machine-family construction. The chosen inlet, rotor, discharge and downstream connection depend on the product and selected model.
How to compare a trial
Measure prepared-feed mass and elapsed running time, then record the fruit condition, working parts, settings, interruptions and the output used by the next machine. A short observed rate is a test result for those conditions; it is not automatically the sustained line capacity. Screen opening is a machine dimension, not a complete mash-particle specification.
