Stone Fruit Crushing & De-stoning Requirements
Separate stone removal from crushing when planning peach, plum or other stone-fruit preparation; confirm permitted feed before choosing equipment.
FRUIT & PROCESS FIT
Resolve hard stones before specifying the crushing duty.
Application suitability and capacity are confirmed against the actual feed and offered working assembly.
Discuss this fruit requirement
Identify the stone condition
State whether hard stones are present, removed upstream or not yet confirmed. Fruit condition alone cannot establish suitability. The actual offered machine design must explicitly permit the specified feed and inclusion condition.
Keep de-stoning separate
Crushing and de-stoning are different tasks. A crusher is not automatically a destoner, and a perforated section does not prove hard-stone handling. Define the upstream separation and verification method where stone removal is required.
Trial the permitted fruit fraction
Only establish crusher performance on feed within the agreed machine envelope. Record the fruit fraction, preparation, working parts, settings and observed mash, then check pressing or pulping as a separate downstream requirement.
Prepare the quotation brief
Give the fruit type, stone-removal method, largest prepared piece, target feed rate and intended mash use. Request machine-specific drawings and permitted-input confirmation before approving a configuration.

LET’S DEFINE YOUR MACHINE
Your fruit. Your feed rate.
Your next processing step.
Send the conditions you know. We’ll discuss the model, working parts and interfaces your quotation needs to cover.
