Request part identification
Obtain an assembly drawing and a parts list tied to the offered model. Identify working edges, screens where fitted, seals, bearings and other replaceable items. A generic photograph cannot identify the correct spare part.
Use an inspection baseline
Record the accepted part condition and the manufacturer wear criteria. Changes in mash output, noise, vibration or load need investigation against the actual operating conditions. Do not set a universal replacement interval from this website.
Check the exchange process
Confirm safe isolation, tools, access, lifting needs and the documented reassembly checks. Rotating assemblies may require specific alignment or balancing procedures. The trial should establish that service can be completed in the installed layout.
Define the commercial scope
State the recommended initial spares, part references and responsibilities in the quotation. Availability and delivery terms are project-specific. Avoid treating a general maintenance claim as a parts supply commitment.
