Read fruit crusher capacity on a stated basis

A measured feed rate and a guaranteed production duty answer different questions.

01

State what the mass represents

Distinguish received fruit, prepared feed and accepted downstream product. Removing stones, skins or rejected fruit changes the mass basis. Compare machine offers only when the stated material boundary is the same.

02

Define the time window

A timed sample run gives an observed feed rate for that run. Shift output also includes interruptions, preparation, blocked receivers, cleaning and changeover. Record whether the stopwatch covered all of these events.

03

Separate power from throughput

Motor rating describes an electrical/mechanical component, not a conversion factor to fruit kg/h. Fruit firmness, preparation, working assembly, output target and receiving equipment affect the actual duty. Verify a proposed rate by representative testing.

04

Check the bottleneck

A crusher test without the production transfer and receiver may miss a limiting interface. Agree sustained operating conditions and inspect the connected process. Request capacity evidence tied to a model and input/output requirements.
